Hampton Inn By Hilton Nicholasville Brannon Crossing

I spent seven weeks here for training. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout, and my rooms were always clean and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious.

We were there for my mother's funeral, so having no heat in the room made a hard time even worse. We couldn't even shower. I told the clerk, but nothing was done, and nobody ever contacted me. I paid 165 dollars for this and was just blown off. Wouldn't recommend staying there. The customer service was the worst.

The staff were pleasant, and the location worked well for the area, with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Nice hotel. I'll stay here again.

It's a very clean, newer hotel in a good, safe location. I reserve a first-floor room and the general manager assured me one was assigned when she took the reservation, but at check-in they said all the first-floor rooms were already booked. Being told something and reassured, then finding out otherwise, is aggravating. I stay at Hampton inn every week for work, and unfortunately I'm seeing customer service slip a little.
