InTown Suites Extended Stay North Charleston SC - Ashley Phosphate

We’re here for work, and the quiet room has been a big plus. It was clean when we arrived, and I really like the decor. I expected less, so I was pleasantly surprised. Manager Jennifer and her staff are awesome, and maintenance is always willing to help. They’re very helpful whenever we need something. I have no complaints. The surrounding area feels sketchy, but Intowne itself feels very safe. I’d recommend it to anyone in town for work who’s trying to stick to a budget. It’s genuinely the best.

I’ve stayed here on and off for many years, and this is the first time I’ve seen such amazing improvements to the property. Mrs Jen puts so much love into the place and into caring for her guests. We all love her here.

The whole staff is awesome, but Ma jen is the real MVP. She cares, and it shows in the way she treats us like family instead of a paycheck. I love her so much. Keep doing what you’re doing, Mrs Jen. It really shows where your heart is.

I liked the room I got, but I have a few concerns. You have to take care of your own clean linens, and the waterbugs keep appearing even after I sprayed the whole room. The remote is also falling apart. Other than those things, the room is nice.
