I was here for three weeks on business in a ground-floor suite with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and high ceiling. The shower pressure was my one complaint. For the price, though, the room, location, amenities, pool, and service were all great. It's only minutes from the airport, and the daily breakfast had what you needed. Donna? and the staff greeted everyone with a smile at 6am before heading to work.

The upper-floor rooms are more updated than the ground-floor ones, though everything was nice and clean overall. The people are nice too. It's a typical airport hotel, and I'm always glad to stay here.

We come back here every time we're in N. Charleston. The team is friendly and personable, the breakfast has good choices, and it's near the airport with plenty of places to eat, shop, and play close by.

The hotel's location made it easy to get around, right across from Tanger Outlet Mall and Top Golf, with fast food and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is complimentary, and so is dinner every Tuesday, which was great. The staff made the stay feel like home. Amber, Ben, and Donna were a delight each morning at breakfast, and Mary, Shane, and Rhonda were just as pleasant. I felt well looked after from the moment I arrived.

This was the worst 30 days I've spent in a hotel, and I couldn't wait to leave. I was here for an extended work stay. The room was tiny, like a closet, and although it had a kitchenette, I didn't cook because there was no ventilation and my clothes were right beside the cooking area. The elevator only worked every other week, and there was an ant colony on the couch. In 30 days my room was cleaned only after I went to housekeeping management, who then made sure it happened whenever I asked. Telling the front desk I needed cleaning didn't work. I had to get my own towels every other day because they weren't changed on time, and eventually left used towels in the hallway because no one would remove them. Check your sheets too, because those weren't changed either. Mr. Benny, the van driver, was very rude when I asked to go to a store before work. I understand the van service is for the flight crew first, but what about paying guests? The drivers seemed more interested in sitting on their phones than doing their jobs. There were roaches at the front entrance and raccoons near both side doors. The moisture in the hotel attracts bugs. I'm never coming back.
