If you need a package when it arrives, don’t have it sent here. They won’t bring it to your door, and you have to wait for them to decide when it’s ready for pickup at the office. That wouldn’t be such a big deal if people handled it professionally. They’re being paid to deal with things outside the routine, SMH.

Star was caring, friendly, and easy to talk to, and she knew the answers to all my questions. Even after I left the office, she said I could still reach out if I needed anything. The property is kept up really well, too. I’d recommend this place again and again. Thanks, Star, you were exceptional.

I’ve been here for six months and love it. It’s easy to get around since public transport is right outside the grounds. The rooms are clean and pest free, the grounds are maintained well, and security patrols constantly. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Marco, the manager, is the most genuine person I’ve met. He really tries to help people however he can, which makes this place feel different from others like it. It’s also very well kept. I’ve stayed at almost all the suites, and this is the best one I’ve experienced. You won’t be disappointed if you get to stay here.

I’m all the way here from Florida, and Star and Kyle B made me feel welcome right away. Star was friendly and got me checked in, and the customer service was on point. Budget Suites is one of the best places in Las Vegas for weekly or monthly apartments. They do background checks, which helps you feel safe, and the location is clean and beautiful. There’s a pool and a Jacuzzi, and I’m loving it so far. Thank you, Star!
