The staff were friendly and professional the whole time, and at checkout I learned from the desk clerk that the hotel was renovated in 2022 and still gets regular investment in upkeep and amenities. That kind of care was inspiring to me. I’ve been traveling for business for over 40 years, and it’s unusual to find such good quality for the value. This was my first stay at the JFK Inn, and everything felt fresh: spotless lobby and hallways, a clean, nicely decorated room with a light, natural pine scent, warm lighting, thick clean towels, and a comfortable bed and pillows. Everything worked, and I couldn’t spot anything worn or damaged. They seem to be building the brand one guest, one room, and one day at a time. I’ll definitely be back.

Olivia at the front desk and Maria working breakfast made me feel like family. They were both so welcoming! I had a good night’s stay, and it’s great that they allow pets. Even the morning staff were really friendly, lol. I’ll definitely come back for them!

The thermostat buttons for turning the temperature up and down felt loose and didn’t always respond. Maybe a previous guest had pushed them too hard. WiFi was a little slower than I’m used to at other Best Western hotels, but I still had a good stay.

We were on our way from Texas to St. Louis and stopped here for a night. The breakfast buffet was good and a great value, and we had no complaints about it. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

We got room 314, our pi room! The bathroom faucet never got hot or even warm, so that needs fixing. Breakfast wasn’t the best for a BW Plus, and I was wondering where the potatoes were. They do have an $8k touchscreen coffee and espresso machine, though. The pool door by the first entrance kept flashing red and green, so its batteries should be replaced. When the card reader was broken, nobody was at the front desk and I had to call the main number to ask how to get to the pool. We hadn’t realized there was a second entrance farther down the hall, and that one worked.
