Days Inn by Wyndham North Little Rock/ Maumelle

I’ve booked hotels many times, and this was the worst. The front desk was unfriendly and had an attitude, so I didn’t continue checking in. I cancelled the reservation and found somewhere else, but they refused to refund me. It felt greedy. I thought maybe it was just me, but after reading other reviews, it seems this has happened to others too. Whoever works the front desk needs to change their attitude and be nicer to customers.

Don’t stay here. There were roaches in the room and a dead bird right outside the door. The room was somewhat clean, but clearly hadn’t been mopped. I showed the night desk attendant a photo of the roaches, and he didn’t apologize, just asked if I wanted another room. I said I was leaving and wanted a full refund. He didn’t argue, but only refunded the original booking fee, not the full amount.

It’s quiet and comfortable, and the hotel has always been spotless on the several times we’ve stayed. The internet is weak, but that won’t stop us from coming back.

This is the nicest Days Inn I’ve stayed at. The rooms are really clean, the furnishings are updated, and the prices are fair. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I travel.
