Quality Inn & Suites North Little Rock

The food was good and the dining room was clean, and I slept well in the bed. But the floor wasn’t clean in either the room or bathroom, and there was hair in the tub. There was only one soap to share between the shower and sink, and each bed got just three pillows.

The adjacent room had a connecting door, and noise from next door never let up. We could clearly hear the TV and conversations, so resting was impossible. The room itself felt dirty, with sticky floors and bugs, including cockroaches. Breakfast was called breakfast, but it was only yogurt and frozen muffins. This stay at Quality Inn was extremely disappointing and lacked cleanliness, comfort, and basic standards. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Both rooms I booked for two nights were dirty before we arrived. One still had hair and old toilet paper in the room and restroom; the other restroom was very dirty, smelled like sweat, and had a shower curtain black at the bottom. I slept over the covers. I told the front office after the first night and hoped housekeeping would handle it, but they didn’t. I complained again, but they said the cleaning crew had already left and offered only covers. When I asked them to redo the room, they said they couldn’t. They moved us to another room, but it had one bed instead of two, so my family didn’t fit. We made it work because we had no other option. This is unacceptable. Management needs to pay more attention to room upkeep, and I doubt they’d want to sleep with other people’s hair and body smell in the beds. I’d give zero stars if I could. I never write reviews, so this says a lot. Worst experience ever.

The Lord Jesus wanted me to thank you for what you do for the community. The employees are wonderful, the area feels safe and secure, and we had a great room: clean, spacious, with clean showers. Breakfast was very good too.
