10/10
I came to Norwalk for business and needed a room at 10 p.m. after seeing a cockroach at another hotel and getting freaked out. The staff here were super friendly, and my room was clean with nice furnishings. I liked having the option of a sit-down or continental breakfast, and the wait staff were wonderful too. They were remodeling while I was there and apologized a lot for how things looked. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

They’re keeping $30 of my money because I may have charged something to the room. I didn’t. It’s not right that they won’t give it back right away. Rip-off.

A typical mid-range chain, with a pleasant atmosphere and good furnishings.
