Sleep Inn & Suites Oakley Area

The staff were helpful, and there’s a 24-hour mittens right across the street. My room was clean, but it was really hot. The dryer also took three paid cycles to get one load dry.

The kids had a great time in the heated indoor pool and spa, which was the reason we picked this place. Check-in was easy thanks to the polite staff, and the room was comfortable. Restaurants nearby made meals convenient, and breakfast and the other facilities were good too.

After a long drive, I really appreciated a soak in the indoor heated pool. The parking lot is huge, so finding a spot was easy. My room was clean and everything was in order, and the staff were very pleasant and ready to help with whatever I needed. Breakfast was fantastic, with several fresh options. I had a nice stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites Oakley I-70.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I’d booked a pet-friendly room five days ahead, but at check-in they said they’d run out and charged me an extra cleaning fee. That was their mistake, and I didn’t think I should have to pay for it. The hotel later called to apologize for the employee’s mistake. They refunded both the extra cleaning charge and the pet fee. I appreciated how quickly they sorted it out and how kind the person on the phone was. Thanks!
