Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Ocala

The building is older and being updated, but our bathroom had already been refreshed and was clean and modern. We also had a good-sized fridge, microwave, and mini coffee maker, which were handy for our three-day stay and early mornings. Breakfast doesn't start until 7, though coffee was available early, which I really needed. Carliss made great biscuits and gravy, my son's favorite. The staff made the stay, too. Everyone we met was friendly, fun, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming.

The room was a great price, and there were restaurants and gas stations just a five-minute walk away. Key at the lobby desk was kind and helpful, and treated me like family. She received an important package for me and contacted me as soon as it arrived at the hotel. Thanks for all your hard work, Key!

For a lower-end Marriott option, this place was great. The front desk staff were helpful, including arranging cleaning when I asked. Breakfast was free and really solid, and the price was good. It's right by the interstate, too.

For a short stay or an overnight stop, the clean, well-kept rooms and comfortable beds make this a decent value. Rooms have the basics, including free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Ocala also has a complimentary breakfast, fitness center, and outdoor pool for convenience. It's a two-star hotel with a 3.9 rating from 788 reviews.
