The service was terrific for a small-town hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was just passing through and stopped for the night. Check-in took about five minutes, and my room was very clean with a comfortable queen bed. Breakfast the next morning was complimentary and average. Checking out took less than ten seconds, and I enjoyed my stay.

Once we got the right rooms, they were nice. But our three reserved rooms weren't ready on time, and Ina, a very rude clerk, put us in a room that already had people in it. Some rooms are meant to be smoke-free, yet ours smelled of cigarettes.

The price didn't feel justified, especially with the slow internet and no ethernet cables. You enter from outside, too. I suspect they're relying on the Hampton name.
