Executive Inn Odessa

The bathtub was the worst of it. It was clogged, so I had to shower in dirty water that wouldn't drain. My room at the Executive Inn Hotel was filthy from the moment I arrived, with dust everywhere and sheets that smelled like urine. Housekeeping barely cleaned during my stay, and the towels were dirty, too. The lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance was unacceptable. After spending a few days there, I won't be back, and I'd advise people to look elsewhere.

Everything was just right for the price, and I couldn't ask for more. I spent three weeks here and had zero issues. I met just about everyone, the women at the front, the gentleman, and the younger men. The staff were nice and the rooms were good for what I paid.

I was rudely kicked out at midnight even though I'm disabled and had my service animal with me. I was refused service and discriminated against, which is extremely illegal. He also refused to refund me for the service he denied to me and my service animal. This is a run down motel that feels unsafe. He has broken the law in so many other ways, too. Do not rent a room here. Pay extra and go somewhere else.

Housekeeping has gone through my things and taken loose cash I left behind on two occasions while I was working. The rooms aren't cleaned at all, and when I first checked in, the toilet didn't even have a lid. I wouldn't recommend this place even to my enemy.
