Comfort Suites Meridian And I-40

Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in OKC. My room was roomy and lovely, clean, and everything worked. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and the parking lot was well lit at night.

I’m not letting this go quietly. I travel a lot, and most places go above and beyond, but the front desk person didn’t try to help, then I was told the manager wasn’t there. No call, no professional courtesy, all over 23 minutes. I’ve never felt so violated by a transaction that didn’t need to happen. I was 23 minutes late checking out, and they charged me for another night. I’ve been a Choice member for nearly 20 years and have never been treated this badly. I’ve never before woken up late at a hotel. Charging a whole extra day for leaving less than an hour after 11 is ridiculous. I was in town celebrating a business endeavor that had gone really well, and this ruined the experience. I felt ripped off by the front desk person’s actions. This isn’t over, and they’ll hear about it until I get fair treatment. I can’t be the only hotel guest to leave 23 minutes after 11. Customer service matters, and you shouldn’t ruin a paying guest’s experience like this. No, ma’am, this isn’t over.

I stayed for 3 1/ weeks and was treated very well by everyone I dealt with. The rooms were clean, the staff were excellent, and the service was amazing. Breakfast was great every morning, and whenever I came back, my room was clean with fresh coffee, towels, and refills. Thank you!

Be careful when leaving your card for incidentals, since you may be charged without realizing it. I had a small scrape on my finger that left a blood stain on the sheet, and the hotel charged my card 51.00. I could understand a charge for a lot of blood, but this was ridiculous. I’ve been a loyal Comfort Suites customer in the towns where I travel for business and have never seen anything like this. Terrible. Don’t stay here.
