I’ve stayed at this hotel many times while caring for my terminally ill adult son. I lost him in May 2025 to chemotherapy, not cancer. My latest visit was over Valentine’s Day, and I want to give Lauren at the front desk a big shout-out. After I got home, I realized my laptop was missing and called right away. Housekeeping had already left for the day, but Lauren went the extra mile and found it in housekeeping’s lost and found. She saved me from worrying all night that it might have been stolen from my vehicle. I love that little girl so much. May the Lord bless her and keep her safe and sound.

It was just a really good experience. The hotel was clean and nice, the staff were very polite, and they helped with any issue. Breakfast at the buffet was nice too. The workout gym was clean and easy to get to. Highly recommend.

The food at our 2025 Edmond North Football Banquet was amazing. My son went back for seconds, thirds, and maybe even more. Please pass along our thanks to the cook and his staff. Merry Christmas! The event had a great location, and I also want to thank Juan, Gabe, and the other very kind gentleman who looked after us. Their customer service and hospitality went above and beyond. I enjoyed getting to know them, and it was refreshing to see how much pride they take in their work at Hilton Garden Inn Conference Center. They all deserve praise and a bonus for being so kind. Well done, gentlemen, and team.

I’m angry and didn’t sleep well, so take that into account. The employees were nice enough, and the free coffee in the morning was finally something that wasn’t awful. Otherwise, I wouldn’t stay here again. It was close to where I needed to be, but so are windblown cardboard boxes, and I’m not setting up shop in those. The room’s AC sounded like it had just run a marathon and was on its last legs all night. My towels were damp when I got to the room, probably because the shelf is inside the shower, an interesting choice that no one seems to have fixed. The “complimentary” water bottles in the room cost $3 each, and I couldn’t find other drinking water. Might as well stick your face in the sprinklers.

For Hilton, this was disappointing. The small room felt outdated and was way overpriced. There was no free breakfast, the floor grout was dirty, and the toilet seat was loose. I told the front desk about the seat, but nothing was done.
