Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City North/Quail Springs

Zaida, who takes care of the breakfast area, was very friendly and did an EXCELLENT job keeping everything fresh and stocked. The hotel itself was clean, with good-sized rooms, and it's pet-friendly and close to lots of restaurants. I became a Silver Elite Member recently and stayed here the weekend before Thanksgiving. It was a very nice stay, and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Oklee visiting my daughter😊.

Destiny, the night auditor(?), made my 2am arrival easy. I was exhausted, and Destiny was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions while getting me into my room. Destiny was still there when I checked out at 7:15am. Maybe the morning person was late? I really hope Destiny wasn't working a double :( The room was clean, but there were major problems during my three-night stay. The internet never worked. The Marriott splash page just stayed on “Loading…” whenever I tried to connect. Cold water was strange too, only getting lukewarm at the sink. When I requested a mobile key, the desk agent deactivated my physical keys. My mobile key did work, so I can overlook that. I tried reporting the other problems through the app's front desk chat and got no response. I was told the manager hadn't set up everyone's access yet. Management needs to make sure agents have what they need. I travel a lot, and, for what it's worth, I'm a Titanium Elite.

The huge first-floor studio was immaculate, and I loved the full-size refrigerator with freezer. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom and shower were clean too. I didn't see any chipped tiles or fading paint. The classy support hardware installation caught my eye, and I can picture needing something like that at home one day. Check-in went smoothly. The clerk gave me their attention even though another woman seemed to want to cut in front of me. I only found out at checkout that the hotel offers medical discounts in conjunction with nearby medical centers. This stay exceeded my expectations!

The full kitchen was a welcome surprise, especially the full-size refrigerator, and made it easy to settle in. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and I slept peacefully after a long day of travel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I left before the complimentary breakfast, but there was fresh, hot coffee for the rest of my journey. I'd recommend it for a comfortable, convenient stay.
