Concorde Motel

We went to look at a room for a winter rental and were told several units were open. We went home and were almost ready to move ahead, then called the owner. She said the room was rented and hung up. What a psycho. She had us drive out in a snowstorm and waste her and her daughter's time, only to act like a c***. Reading some of the other reviews, she seems like a definite psycho. Nobody should have to deal with people this unreliable.

BEWARE! I came to this motel on 8/23/22. The room looked okay at first, but then I noticed hair everywhere and saw that it needed a serious cleaning. The bedroom had no TV, the TV was sitting on top of the refrigerator. There were marks on the bedroom carpet that looked like cigarette burns. I don't smoke, so I took a picture and sent it to the owner right away because I didn't want to be blamed for them. After I reported it, I was told to leave because I'd played my car radio loudly. Nobody had warned me. As a healthcare traveler, this was one of my worst experiences. Travelers beware, this place badly needs better customer service and a deep cleaning. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I rented a room for three months and things were fine. I moved out in August, but I'm still waiting for my $300 security deposit. She said she'd sent it, but nothing ever arrived, and now she won't answer me. If anyone knows a lawyer, I'd like to take her to court and get my money back!

The cleaning staff were polite and did a great job, but the service from the owner was very rude and unprofessional. We booked two rooms on Monday for Saturday and Sunday of a weekend in August. When we arrived early Saturday, during a sold-out weekend, we were told the reservation had been cancelled. The owner said we had called to ask about the cancellation policy, so they cancelled it, and she took no responsibility. With the whole family there and nowhere else to stay, we begged until they finally "found" two rooms for us. We had to double up on some sleeping arrangements and switch rooms for one night. The rates had changed, too. On the second day, we had to wait for the new room while the owner had a BLOW OUT with an employee.
