Riwick at the front desk was patient and kind with me, even though I know I can be difficult when I'm this stressed, especially being pregnant. The hotel showed as sold out, but he pulled every string he could and found a way to accommodate me at a more than reasonable price. The room was clean too, and I never felt I needed full PPE, which isn't something I can say about places in this price range. I'd had a terrible experience at the hotel next door, where they double charged me and were so rude I left in tears. The kindness and effort here were a breath of fresh air during a stressful, unexpected situation. I can see why this place is often booked. I'd recommend Home Inn and Suites, and I really appreciate Riwick's hospitality.

They advertise truck and trailer parking on Google, but there isn't any. I called ahead and the front desk told me they had it. They didn't seem familiar enough with English to understand that I meant semi trucks, and I feel they said yes just to get me there.

The room stayed bright all night from the light coming in outside, and I barely slept. That's the main reason I wouldn't come back, much like at the Home2suites, these hotels don't seem set up for a good night's sleep, even after dark. I was only here one night. It's a basic, decent cheap stay, close to restaurants and shops, and nothing stood out otherwise. If I'm in Olive Branch again, I'll go somewhere else.

The shower barely worked, the tub drained slowly, and water covered the floor because the shower curtain hardly covered the opening. The bed didn't fit its frame properly, and the frame was exposed. There were stains on the linens, and the front desk was rude. I was quoted one thing over the phone, then had to pay $127 more. There was also a random extra $6 charged to a completely different card, and nobody replied when I emailed. The so-called breakfast was awful, with hard muffins, no bread for toast, and a broken juice machine. They say they're pet friendly, but my dog couldn't make a noise even during the day. I got a call around 5:30 pm saying my dog was making noise, in the afternoon, not the morning.

The towels were thin and had all sorts of colored hair stuck to them. The hotel was fairly clean otherwise. The breakfast buffet was the smallest I've ever seen, so we went out to eat. I don't think I'd stay again.
