Candlewood Suites Omaha - Millard Area by IHG

From my call ahead of time with Roxanne through checkout, the service was top notch. My husband, our two little ones, and I stayed for two nights this weekend, and it was one of our best hotel experiences in quite a while. The head of housekeeping and the two other night desk associates were very nice too. Thanks for making it such a great trip!

Tammy at the front desk was so sweet and even helped us sign up for hotel deals. This was probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, and it was definitely worth the money. Great place!

Candlewood Suites in Omaha, NE felt safe for me as a woman traveling alone. I was comfortable walking around and never felt unsafe. Sam's Club and Walmart are close enough to walk to for basic shopping, though without a car many attractions are too far on foot, and the hotel sits between major roads that make walking tricky. The staff were excellent: friendly and happy to chat, helpful with local attractions and directions, resourceful, and quick to address issues. The spacious rooms were quiet and came with full-size fridges and their own kitchens, which was great. They are cleaned weekly, with more frequent service available for an extra charge; staff will provide extra towels and other items for free if needed. I can recommend this for solo travelers, families, and couples.

The front desk staff were pleasant, and the rooms were large with enough space. But I found a flashlight switched on, wedged into the ceiling and pointed toward the shower. That was very concerning.
