Hotel Indigo Omaha Downtown by IHG

The staff and amenities were great, and the rooms were quiet, comfortable, clean, and full of distinctive design and furnishings. The downsides were the weak shower pressure and waiting more than five minutes for hot water at the sink or shower. The building is old. Parking costs extra, and the lot fills up. It was a quiet weekday stay.

Mya and Lamar made the stay even better, and every interaction with staff felt warm, professional, and attentive. Hotel Indigo has a personal, welcoming character, with thoughtful design, local details, and a stylish feel that stands out from the big generic hotel brands. The service really helped make the visit comfortable and memorable. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a boutique feel with great service.

The room was nice, and somehow my favorite thing about it was the pillows, lol. We had a quiet stay, and the staff were really friendly. We tried the drink of the month downstairs, Love Potion, and it was delicious. Honestly, a fantastic visit.

The downtown location is great, and parking was easy. I was offered water at the entrance, a small thoughtful touch, and the front desk clerk was welcoming and professional. The indoor atrium is especially picturesque and gives the hotel a distinctive charm. My spacious room had stylish decor, a great view of two large buildings, and a very comfortable bed. The espresso machine was a nice premium feature, even if I usually waste the first pod figuring these machines out. The bathroom was well done and the shower pressure was strong, but every jet setting felt pretty harsh and fast. The climate controls were a little complicated, and I couldn't quite tell what they were doing. I was tired enough that it didn't affect my sleep. I stayed one night while passing through and had a comfortable, enjoyable visit. I'd choose Hotel Indigo again if I'm back in Omaha.
