The owner got mad at me for taking lobby coffee while I waited for my ride, and had an attitude. This place is nasty, with roaches, and they don't change the bed sheets.

The rooms were really nice and clean, and the staff were awesome. My stay was so pleasant. Thanks to everyone for all the help, and I'd recommend staying here.

There were fewer than five cars in the lot, and after my experience and reading other reviews, I can see why. This place has little competition and a chance to be the best in town, but the service is consistently bad. Sad. My sister is staying here because extensive renovations at her house left her needing a place. I've been here several times to pay or drop off things, and this time I came to cover some extra days. The lobby was empty and the door locked, so we had to call the business number for someone to come. When the woman arrived, she refused twice to open the door and gestured for me to use a walk-up window. That was a hard no. Businesses have cut hours and services in the intense cold, and they expected a repeat customer to stand outside in freezing temperatures and high winds?

I paid over $90 a night for a room with a shower that wouldn't drain, leaving ankle-high water, and a toilet so clogged we couldn't use it. When I told the manager, she was very rude. It took four hours, and at 1pm I had to ask for clean towels because the room hadn't been cleaned. She wanted me to wait even longer for the room to be cleaned and towels brought. I had to go elsewhere and pay more, but she wouldn't refund anything. On top of that, she says I have to pay for the hours I've been here after checkout this morning. Seriously the worst service and room.
