Hotel d’Lins Ontario Airport

The room was clean and perfectly satisfactory for our two nights, though it did have a few flaws. The service was quick and easy, and I got the $100 deposit back two days later. Plumbing noise in our room annoyed us a bit, but closing the bathroom door made it hard to hear. It may just be an old building. Some people leave bad reviews without considering that. Don’t expect much from the breakfast if you want good hot food. Go somewhere else for that. The other food was fine and filling for a day of fun. And don’t pay too much attention to the hotel “snobs” in the reviews. Some people expect free foot and shoulder massages and a flawless room, and good luck finding that for under $1,000 a night.

We had a great stay as a family. The rooms, location, and customer service were all great, and we had three rooms that were just as advertised. The hotel is going through some kind of remodeling, but nothing too disruptive. The customer service was excellent, and my family got to relax by the pool for a few hours. I don’t really understand the bad reviews, since our stay was nothing but good.

The staff are awesome and very kind. There’s new ownership, and they’re remodeling and making the place nice. I hate to give this gem away to the rest of you, but these folks deserve it. The internet connection is good. TV choices are limited, so bring a Roku or Fire Stick, especially if you have kids. There are computers in the lobby, and breakfast is decent. The little gym is really nice, with free hand weights, treadmills, powerballs, and a standing gym. The pool gets serviced once a week and is very clean. The hot tub is out of service, though I assume they’re about to fix it. The central courtyard is an awesome spot to hang out and walk around.

I had a horrible stay. The pictures are misleading, and the rooms are definitely outdated. People kept going in and out of their rooms all night and slamming doors, literally every 30 minutes. I’m not sure what was going on. Customer service did move me to another room, but it was of lesser value, if that makes sense. Please see the attached pictures for what some of the room windows really look like. I’d give the place zero stars if I could.
