The location was good, but it got really noisy at night. The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable, so it’s not a horrible place if you only need somewhere to sleep for a night. I wouldn’t stay nearly a week again. My kids couldn’t use the pool because it was ice cold, and the hot tub was just as cold. Shower pressure was practically nonexistent, and the floors were old and dirty. The key system is so outdated that the front desk has to redo your key every time you come back to the room or it won’t read.

It was handy having so many restaurants and fast-food places nearby, some within walking distance, plus a couple of grocery stores. The staff were friendly, and the free continental breakfast had a nice range of choices. The room itself was dated. The carpet was dirty and stained, the bed was absolutely terrible and very hard, and the pillows seemed like throw pillows stuffed into pillowcases. The shower had very low water pressure.

The pool and hot tub area had no lights, and the hot tub jets didn’t work. The shower and sink had no hot water. The coffee was horrible, the bed was uncomfortable, and the price was too high. I won’t be back.

Customer service was awful. I had to make several trips to the front desk because things in my room weren’t working. Each time, the guy had an attitude, and he had to come to my room multiple times. If he’d fixed the problem the first time, neither of us would’ve had to keep making those trips.

The place is kept up reasonably well, though you can tell the facility is getting old. My room was clean, and the staff were friendly.
