The room was in rough shape: the door wouldn't close all the way, the toilet was dirty, and there was a ridiculous amount of caulking filling gaps. There was also a horrible smell coming from whatever they were cooking in the office. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

I was here for work and found the rooms spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, and the service was good. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The manager was rude and never seemed to do anything when I had an issue, just said okay. I was assigned the second floor even though I requested the first, and there are no elevators. The washer and dryer cost me $30 for one load because it didn't spin the clothes out, so I had to dry them several times. The manager told me to call the number on the machine, but there was no way to reach the washer company. He also has two dogs and doesn't pick up after them. And the battery in my door was supposed to be changed over a week ago.

The place is spacious, with a separate kitchen area and a stove and fridge if you need them. It seemed clean and nice. The AC didn't work very well, though it wasn't especially hot.

I checked in on 09/21/25, and as of 10/07/25 housekeeping still hadn't serviced the room. I asked every day and got a different excuse.
