Angel Motel near Anaheim

We were staying here for work and my son’s school for about two months because of a difficult situation. The first month, under different management, was an upgraded stay. Once new management came in, things got much worse. The older man and woman at the front desk were regularly rude. Their son was the only one who accommodated us. When we asked for room service, we often had to clean the room ourselves because the housekeepers weren’t there. They also kept forgetting basics like towels and toilet paper. When we asked for toilet paper, they limited how much we could have, and twice I had to buy our own because they wouldn’t give us enough. I was seven months pregnant and needed the restroom often. The woman told my fiancé and me not to ask so frequently, even though the housekeeper hadn’t restocked anything, and the paper was thin and cheap. If the housekeeper wasn’t around, we were left to clean the room ourselves. The older man got angry and raised his voice when I asked him for towels. We were usually out working during the day and got back around 8 or 9 p.m., but they wouldn’t help us get these things at night because they didn’t want to leave the front desk. There were also ants, woodlice, pincher bugs, and centipedes in the room. The internet was unreliable, and the beds were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. I’ll never stay here again.
