Beachwood Inn

The location near stores and restaurants was the one good thing. The room was fairly clean, but the curtains were broken. They advertise free WiFi, but it wasn't free. I paid $5.99 per day for internet that cut in and out every two minutes. The satellite cable also kept dropping, so we couldn't watch TV. I tried mirroring my phone to the TV, but that didn't work because the internet kept dropping. I told the person at the front desk, and she said he was coming to check, but nobody showed up. The vending machine took my money, and they did nothing about it.

My furnace at home went out, and I'd have frozen if I'd stayed there, so I booked this hotel for two days. The room was comfortable and clean, and the price was very affordable. The staff were really friendly, and I had a great time. It's no luxury hotel, though. There's no gym, restaurant, or proper lobby for hanging out, socializing, or working. Breakfast is free, but it's more grab-and-go snacks, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There's no hot breakfast.

The location is convenient, but there's a roach problem. The rooms aren't maintained or checked properly, and housekeeping is lazy.

It's easy to find and check into, and it's close to the highway and lots of places to eat. A great hotel to stay at.
