Eo Inn & Urban Spa

I stayed overnight at the EO Inn in Orlando on December 26th. The place is old, but the bigger problem is how unclean it was. The carpet and bathroom floors felt sticky and disgusting underfoot, and there was mold on the shower tiles. The bed sagged badly in the middle, more like a hammock, and no hot water came through no matter how long I ran it. I left my iPad charger and cord plugged in by the bed. My son, who lives in Orlando, called about five hours after I checked out to get them back, but they said they couldn’t find them. It doesn’t seem like they’ve done upkeep or maintenance in years. I can’t even give it one star.

What I needed most while traveling was peace of mind, and the staff and this location delivered it. Everyone was attentive and hospitable from the moment I walked in. I extended my stay because of that level of comfort and care. When I’m back in Orlando, this is where I want to stay again.

The place is beautiful, the staff are really friendly, and the room is spacious. I’m taking off a star because there wasn’t an outlet by the desk to plug in my laptop.

The people and atmosphere were great, and we felt welcome and well looked after. I liked the patios, the shared spots to relax, and the free parking. The walls and doors are thin, though. The people next door talked all night, so we didn’t sleep well. I’d still return for the value, location, and friendly staff.
