Room 116 was clean and in good shape at first, with no leaks or other problems. Then they moved me to 121, where the alarm kept going off and the roof leaked from upstairs. They said there was nothing they could do and I would have to deal with it. When I showed management a video of the leak, he brushed it off and ignored it. If you didn't follow his so-called rules, he threatened you with management and the owner. The bathroom floor was supposed to be white, but it was filthy black when I moved in. They claimed it had been cleaned, but it hadn't, so I scrubbed it myself with bleach and supplies from the store. When you ask him for something, he gets mad and says you can take one thing or the other. He charged me, a single mother of two, $1,600 a month, while another guy paid $1,400. When I asked why, he said this month had 31 days. Another month had 31 days too, and he charged me only $1,500-something then. There were roaches all over the room, even before we moved in, and they crawled on my kids' pillows. There was mold and mildew where the leak caused a bubble. A supposed handyman came and cut that part off. The staff are rude, and they're always hiring new people. Overall, it's a trash hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. One out of five stars.
