Quality Inn Overland Park Kansas City

The room was quite small, but I appreciated being put on the first floor at the end of the hall while staying with my dog. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was nothing special, though it was adequate for the price. I’d stay here again.

Sue at the front desk made our latest visit feel even better. She greeted us like an old friend, said hello whenever we came or went, and checked how the stay was going. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and she’s a big reason we’ll keep returning to this Quality Inn. We also find the rooms consistently clean and comfortable, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. Being just off I-435 makes it easy to get around, and downtown Kansas City is a short drive away.

Stores and plenty of restaurants are close by, so the location is great. The room was tiny, but nice and updated. Breakfast and coffee were good for a budget hotel. I paid $25 to check in a few hours early, but I was exhausted and didn’t complain.

We slept well in the comfortable beds, and the rooms were a good size with decent features and good temperature control. There’s a breakfast bar, though the food choices are limited to enough for a quick snack before heading out. Service was decent, and towels are controlled. The hotel wasn’t full while we were there, so I didn’t like being placed right between neighbors. The walls are thin and there was too much noise from both sides. I would’ve appreciated guests being spread out more.
