If you're a CLC or Corpay member, I'd suggest staying somewhere else. They wouldn't check me in without a card, unlike places I've stayed elsewhere, and wanted a $100 deposit for incidentals. I didn't stay, so I can't comment on the rooms. I canceled after they took so long trying to charge the fee to my bank card. There was no free breakfast either, because the room has a kitchen.

I mainly chose this hotel because the room had a kitchen, and otherwise it wasn't anything special. Before leaving, I told reception that an Amazon order arriving the next day was late and asked them not to accept it since I wouldn't be there. The person wrote a note, but they accepted the package anyway, so I couldn't return it to Amazon. I called many times over the next two weeks. They kept saying they'd mail it, but nothing happened. Management would only send it if I paid delivery, even though the hotel had made the mistake. Nobody told me that until I finally reached a supervisor on the phone. She didn't seem to care about customers and only wanted my credit card number for shipping. I told her to make use of the items, because I wasn't paying for delivery. I won't stay here again. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that surely offer better service.

We won't stay here again. The property is dated and needs work, and our room was in rough condition with an unpleasant smell. We didn't ask to move because the king bed had a newer mattress. The staff weren't very friendly, and they made sure to ask us for a review at the front desk.

The staff are friendly and the location is good, but the hotel badly needs a remodel. I've stayed here on and off for work for about a year and a half, and the roaches only started showing up in the past few months. Now I see two to four in different rooms on every visit. Staff said they'd call pest control, but I don't know why the bugs keep appearing if that was done, and I really don't believe they've tried to address it. There's hair everywhere too, in the shower and tub, on the curtain, towels, sink, and bed. The Roku streaming internet is awful. Previous staff told me to call Comcast myself. I'm not sure I can stay here again.
