Red Roof Inn Paducah

Raina and her husband have done a great job here, and the cleaning staff are terrific. Sherese was on duty during my stay and was amazing. The place feels clean and safe, and I always stay here when traveling this way. It’s the best Red Roof Inn I’ve stayed at, and I’ve been to a lot of them because I travel with my dog.

We found this place while driving halfway across the country. It’s right by the interstate, check-in was easy, the stay was comfortable, and the price was very good. What I remember most is that I’d forgotten my driver’s license and realized it when I was already 10 hrs down the road. Raina from the hotel went above and beyond to get my ID back to me. I’m impressed with the service and really grateful to her. Highly recommend!

We got back from a family reunion on September 6, showered, and got into bed. I started itching right away. When I pulled the covers back, there was another bed bug. This was around 11:30 pm, so we packed our things and checked out. We’d already found one in Room 105 at 3:30 Saturday morning, September 6-7, when I woke up with itchy lumps on both arms and my back. I went to the front desk to show the bites. The guy there just said, “Omg no!” I said, “Omg yes!” He offered Room 119, but it was filthy and smelled horrible, so I refused it. He said his manager would arrive at 8am, and when we went back then, they gave us Room 114. They said they couldn’t refund us because we’d booked through a third party, but they could return my 100 deposit. Are you kidding me? We drove back to Nashville at midnight and had to empty all our belongings before taking them into our home. There was hair behind the bed and stains on the sheets, too. I asked for a call and still haven’t received one. If I could give zero stars, I would. That place needs to be shut down. They have an outside company answering these reviews, and nothing will get done. They’ll keep taking people’s money.

There were bed bugs in the room. When I went to report it, nobody would come to the front desk. I lost my money because I wasn’t going to stay somewhere like that.
