Travelers Inn and Suites

I spent six months at Traveler’s Inn & Suites, and the kitchenette room had everything I needed to feel at home. It’s conveniently located for getting onto I-24 quickly or going anywhere around Paducah. Brittany did a thorough job cleaning, leaving my room spotless each time, and she was very friendly. Extended stays get weekly room service. Guests are asked to take their trash to the dumpster regularly, which is understandable. I had one small complaint, but manager Regal sorted it out right away and checked back to make sure things were okay. There are coin-operated laundry machines on site, plus several nearby restaurants, some within walking distance. The price was reasonable, checkout went smoothly, and I got my deposit back after the room was checked. Everything was great, and I’d stay here again!

The customer service and the way they do business were unreal, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The rooms and price weren’t that bad, but after we stayed for a month while moving to KY, we had to involve the police to try to get our deposit back. I cleaned our room two or three times a week. When we moved out, all that needed doing was mopping the floor and taking out one bag of trash. They claimed we’d left a mess, told the police we all had warrants, and only returned half the deposit. They were very rude throughout.

We left without staying because the toilet wouldn’t flush and there was rust around the bathtub drain.

The room is very clean, well lit at night and, most importantly, free of bugs. The housekeeper is efficient, and manager Regal has been kind and quick to handle any questions or concerns. I’m really enjoying my stay and would recommend the Inn to anyone. Thanks for making it an enjoyable stay!
