Comfort Suites Palm Bay - Melbourne

I stopped in to drop something off for a friend who was staying here, and the night auditor was incredibly helpful. He offered me a cold drink with ice, let me take photos, and told me about the hotel. It was quiet, and the rooms looked large and beautiful. There’s a gym, pool, business center, and a small kitchen serving free hot breakfast for guests, with juices and snacks in the afternoon. The vending machines seemed to have just about every kind of drink and snack.

We come to Palm Bay to visit our daughter, whose large family means we need somewhere nearby to stay. Comfort Suites worked out wonderfully. Our first room faced the highway, and the traffic noise made sleeping difficult, but when we mentioned it to Scarlett, she quickly found us a great room on the other side. The rest of the trip was fantastic. She also helped with change, extra towels, and local information, always with a big smile. We felt welcome and will be back.

I’ve been here for a couple of weeks, and the staff have made it feel like home. Miss Raquel and Scarlett are so attentive and do everything they can to help. Velma, the breakfast attendant, and the general manager have been great too. If you’re in the Palm Bay area, I’d recommend this hotel.

The room was fresh smelling, the beds were really comfortable, and the hotel felt clean and welcoming. After a long trip back north, I stopped for a few hours of rest. Scarlet at the front desk was amazing, and Jennifer helped push my luggage cart to the room when I couldn’t work out how to steer it. I’ll choose this hotel next time I’m in Florida.
