Ms. Bettie is the reason I'll keep booking at Motel 6. She was wonderful and completely helpful when my booking was giving me a hard time, stepped in, and saved my morning. The Booking.com customer service representative I spoke with was terrible and suggested putting me in a dirty room so I wouldn't get a refund because the booked room was full. Ms. Bettie wouldn't accept that. She put the customer first and worked out another accommodation. I appreciate her so much. Someone at the company should recognize her hard work and dedication and give her a raise. Thank you again, Ms. Bettie. Booking.com, take notes!

The hotel and rooms are pretty average, but the staff are why I've stayed for two weeks. Ms.Bettie is always a friendly face in the morning, with fresh coffee and a smile. Mr Angel makes sure we have what we need, comes quickly to fix problems, and checks in about my day or whether I need a coat when it's cold outside. They've been exemplary employees.

Miss Murphy has been a real gem and runs the property the way it should be run. The front desk is consistently professional, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, and the hallways are clean. I'd recommend staying here if you need somewhere efficient, safe, and quiet.

For the price, the place is okay, and you get what you pay for. But customer complaints don't seem to be taken seriously. The man in room 307 keeps causing a disturbance, and they let him take his dog outside without a leash. The front desk says I should confront him, but as a woman I don't feel that should be on me. No matter how low-budget a hotel is, there should still be some order and peace where people pay to sleep.

The front desk guy on the 3-11 shift, I think his name is Angel, is really nice. JJ, one of the housekeepers, is super cool and takes pride in her work. And Ms. Murphy, the head lady, is awesome.
