Best Western McCarran Inn

The staff were great, and the stay met my needs. The front desk people were especially warm and welcoming, some of the nicest I’ve met. My room was clean, everything worked, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. The AC ran, but struggled to hold the temperature I’d set. The window shutter let light in. There was breakfast and a pool, plus a little lobby shop with drinks, snacks, ice cream treats, and a few essentials. Food options are nearby, and there’s an airport shuttle if you’re flying. I drove and parking was easy. The lot has two exits, including one at the back, handy for leaving the one-way road toward the airport. Planes are audible, as you’d expect here. The elevator was working in June 2026, though I’d seen older reviews saying it had been out for a while.

We only needed a room for a day before our flight, so we took a much smaller first-floor room instead of the third-floor suite when we found out the elevator was broken. It’s close to the airport, and the free shuttle was convenient. Breakfast was provided, though we weren’t there in the morning.

Diqwon greeted me cheerfully when I arrived at night and quickly helped me, even though I was tired. I stayed three nights and was quite satisfied. The hot breakfast was very good, and the room, though a little small, was clean, modern, and comfortable. It’s a good budget option for solo travelers or families. Best Western McCarran Inn is next to Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, so it’s very close to the terminal, but flights can make it noisy. The airport shuttle costs $5 and doesn’t run overnight. There’s no lobby restroom, staff will point you to the gas station next door or your room. Very much recommended.

The staff were excellent, so kind and helpful, and we appreciated the free parking. Everything was clean and well stocked, though a little dated. Beds and carpets could use an upgrade. I loved the toiletries, and breakfast was very good. We used the laundry with no issues. I was initially disappointed the elevator wasn’t working, but staff sorted it out and moved us to the first floor. I’d recommend staying here and would come back.
