Our room was very clean, and I do appreciate the maids' effort to sanitize it, but the Clorox smell was overpowering. I left the door open to the hallway for 20 minutes and it still reeked. I was also irritated to find there was no valet parking, which has always been available when I've stayed here before. I spent 15 to 20 minutes circling the lot for a space, then had to haul all the luggage to our room without help. It was frustrating, and the odds of us coming back are slim to none.

We had a great stay and I'd return and recommend it to friends and family. Parking was the one confusing part at first: you park below, around B3, and it connects to the Cosmopolitan Casino, which is great once you know. It took a bit of figuring out, but we managed and will be prepared next time. There was no parking fee and no resort fee.

Mariane!!! Thanks for making check-in so smooth and easy, and for arranging help with our luggage. Your customer service and energy were great. Looking forward to coming back.

Our room was clean and nice, with cozy beds, and the kind, helpful desk attendant made check-in easier. I can't remember her name. The hotel is in the middle of lots of things, mostly walkable if you know where you're going, but it's connected to two other hotels and confusing to figure out parking and get around until the desk explains it. The view from our room was terrible. I didn't like being told to take out the trash, do the dishes and gather laundry, while also being expected to tip the housekeeper. I've never been directed to do those chores or risk a housekeeping charge. The pool isn't heated, though it looked nice. The hot tub is inside the fitness room, tucked into an odd corner, and only big enough for maybe two people. The ice machine is right by the pool and fitness room, and I'd put it near the vending machines or elevators instead. We were also charged for parking despite having a parking card from the hotel desk.

Jockey club was just right for us, right next to the cosmopolitan and an 11-minute walk from Hell's Kitchen. The place is close to the Strip, the rooms are great and the service was really good. They even helped with our bags. It's a little tricky to find your way around, but start exploring and you'll figure it out.
