Victoria at the front desk was pleasant and gave me helpful information, and the room was clean and suited my needs. I’d driven 90 minutes from Millsboro, DE with my dog for surgery and needed somewhere to stay while she was there, maybe overnight. Her prognosis wasn’t good, so I ended up staying only a very short time. Parking costs extra, and watching TV requires casting from your phone.

The front desk staff were very polite and let us check out late, which I appreciated. The beds were clean, but there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and on the shelf, and the bathroom toiletries had run out. The room was only partly clean and smelled like stale cigarettes, even though smoking isn’t allowed.

We’ve needed to stay here several times this past month, and the service has been consistently great. Sonny took good care of us this time, and Regina was wonderful on our previous visit. It’s easy to get around Annapolis from here, and they’re pet friendly and accommodating. We’ll stay here again.

Sean, the overnight clerk, deserves a special mention for helping change my reservation during a family emergency. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too, and my room was clean. I had an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel.

It’s in a quiet area, with shopping and several restaurants close by. My room was clean and roomy, and the front desk associate made check-in a great experience.
