The location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, and it’s close to highway access. The main thing that bothered me was other guests smoking marijuana and cigarettes in the parking lot. One man, who I assume was also staying there long term, rolled joints outside his room, watched me come and go, and tried several times to get my attention. That made me uncomfortable. I appreciated being given a room near the front office, which helped me feel a little safer. I’d booked a week during an emergency move after a bad stay at the Arcadia Motel6. This Pasadena location was the best Motel6 I’ve stayed at. Staff from the front desk to housekeeping were friendly and professional, and I felt I got my money’s worth. My spacious queen room was clean and had a fridge and microwave at no extra charge, unlike other locations. The furniture was well maintained, the sheets were crisp, and the bathroom had a big mirror, somewhere to hang clothes, and a huge walk-in shower. Housekeeping came nearly every day unless my dog and I were in the room and turned it down. They left clean sheets, towels, and toiletries and cleaned the floor. I really appreciated their hard work. Aside from the smoking and the man’s behavior, I enjoyed the stay and am grateful to the staff.

Everything was in good shape, from the WiFi and cable TV to the coffee, tea, pool, and vending machines. The cleaning ladies kept things spotless and were helpful. The manager went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and safe. I was really pleased with the service.

Andrew at the front desk made this stay stand out. He was friendly, professional, and attentive, made check-in easy, answered my questions, and suggested places to eat and things to see nearby. He clearly takes pride in looking after guests. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the property felt peaceful and safe. I’ve stayed at a few places around here, but the service made this visit especially good. It’s budget friendly, and I’d gladly stay again. If you meet Andrew, you’ll be in good hands.

Andrew at the front desk brought me extra towels right away when I asked. I checked in this evening and am happy with my quiet room. It costs much less than other motels nearby, and so far I have no complaints.

Andrew at the front desk was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful with local suggestions. He made check-in quick and easy and made me feel welcome. The location was convenient too, with restaurants, gas stations, and a shopping center only minutes away. The room was surprisingly clean: spotless floors, fresh linens, and a bathroom that looked freshly scrubbed. I’d recommend staying here for an affordable place with a convenient location and great staff.
