I deliver here almost every day, and management, especially Tamera, has always treated me well. She’s organized, professional, and respectful toward drivers. The staff keeps the place running smoothly, and it’s clear they care about keeping it clean and pleasant for residents and visitors. Compared with nearby apartment buildings, this location stands out for its safety, cleanliness, and strong leadership.

The apartment felt right to me almost as soon as I walked in. I’d been checking out several rentals, but this one quickly felt like home, so I went back to the office and applied right away. That feeling started during the tour. Tamera welcomed me so warmly and showed me the reception area and meeting room that I’d already started to picture myself there before seeing the apartment. The community had a lovely calming scent, and the renovations in progress made me like it even more. The whole team has been supportive and quick to respond, guiding me through the process and answering my questions. I’m grateful for how positive the experience has been.

The move-out was left entirely to us. We had to ask what steps were needed to set a date, return the keys, and get our deposit back. When we handed over the keys, it seemed like no one knew what was going on. During my year there, I liked the location and how easy it was to get around Pasadena, including access to Highway 134. The pool was nice and well managed through the summer. The designated maintenance team was good at its job, but a couple of our requests had no follow-up. After the new management came in, daytime water shutoffs started happening with little warning. There were roaches in the bathroom, and pest control only sprayed some corners. I also saw a few in the parking garage, and one got into our car. There are no EV charging stations or outlets to use your own charger. There’s a charger in guest parking, but it has no electricity.

I’m really happy living here. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the common areas and units are kept up well. It feels safe and welcoming, and has a relaxed, homey feel. Tamera is a caring, diligent manager who responds quickly whenever I need help or have a question. She looks out for my comfort, and I appreciate her professionalism and dedication. Steven is approachable and helpful too. He makes sure maintenance problems are dealt with efficiently and that everything stays in good shape.
