Quality Inn Pasadena - Houston East

The rooms were tiny, dirty, and nothing like the pictures. They were pushed together with two doors, so there was no privacy, and the whole place had the worst smell. It was next to oil tanks. A really bad experience, and I wouldn't return or recommend it.

The woman at the front desk was really nice, and checking in was easy. The room, though, was very outdated. The air conditioning didn't get cold, the bed felt like a rock, and the shower had barely any pressure and an old, dirty showerhead.

This is the worst Quality Inn I've stayed at. The clerk at the front desk was sarcastic and unprofessional. The room was dirty, the carpets and lampshade were filthy, and the shower had low pressure with no hot water. The ice machine was broken, too.

My earlier review wasn't favorable, but the manager spoke with me herself and took care of my concerns quickly. She was professional, compassionate, and understood what I was raising. She showed me the lounge on the 8th floor, and the Maritime lounge area is very satisfying, with ping pong, foosball, a big screen, and comfortable couches. It's a must see if you're staying longer. She's dependable, and I really appreciate her efforts to make a stay at the Quality Inn enjoyable. Look up the Quality Inn Pasadena location next time you're deciding where to stay.
