Pasadena Lodge

Everything inside looked remodeled, and it was surprisingly nice. My room was spotless, easy to get to, and trouble-free. The service was nice too. If you just need a simple place to sleep and rest, the price is hard to beat. I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area again and need somewhere for the night.

The neighborhood on Colorado Boulevard has plenty going on, with good restaurants, cafés, and a nearby Target. At night it feels calm and safe, and a short ride takes you through lovely, quiet suburban areas. Parking right out front was very convenient. Jay and his team were wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were clean, updated, quiet, and incredibly peaceful, just right for relaxing on a business trip. It was a comfortable, welcoming stay from beginning to end.

The rooms were dirty and full of roaches and bed bugs. The service was no better, just rude people who threatened to call the cops because they felt like it. I don’t recommend this place at all.

This visit was much better than my previous stays. I had one of the renovated rooms, with fresh paint and new furniture. The towels, sink area, shower, and toilet room had been updated too. The shower looked modern but had nowhere to put soap or shampoo. There was a fridge-freezer, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. It’s a budget motel with 20+ rooms across two levels. You check in at a small side window, and what might be called a lobby isn’t used. It’s close to bus lines, the Madre Street Metro station, and A Noise Within Theatre.
