Crowne Plaza Atlanta SW - Peachtree City by IHG

Tashia at the front desk made this stay special. She was friendly, caring, courteous, and informative from the start, and it was obvious she wanted guests to feel valued. She set the tone for a wonderful visit and is a real asset to Crowne Plaza and the IHG hotel family. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bathroom had beautiful, modern decor. The property felt like a quiet, private retreat, and everything showed care for cleanliness and comfort. We loved our stay and are looking forward to coming back.

We'd stay here again. The rooms were clean, the indoor pool was well maintained, and the gym had plenty of equipment. We ate at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed it. The bartender was helpful and offered good suggestions, and the staff went above and beyond to look after the wrestling team we were traveling with. The hotel and its people were excellent, and I'd recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay.

My husband and I had a great time here. The indoor pool was warm, and the bar and food were excellent, with a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and feels secluded. From the start, the manager was in good spirits and even came out to the car to explain directions to my husband. The front office staff were amazing too. IHG impressed me, and I used my Reward Points to stay for free. Please go visit, you won't be disappointed!

We chose this Thanksgiving brunch because friends had raved about the food at a gala there a few months earlier. The reception staff were warm and cordial, and a server introduced himself after we were seated, but my husband's sweet tea never arrived. I asked for coffee with milk; what came back was awful creamer, which ruined it. Some things were good: the omelets were well made, the ham was tasty, and the cranberries were good. But the turkey was dry and salty, the dressing was very salty, the beef was raw and inedible, and the bananas Foster had been cooked in a burnt pan with browned banana slices. The cheesecake was basically whipped cream, and the pecan pie was mostly syrup topped with pecans. The desserts were not appealing, and the food didn't match what we paid per person. It was our first visit, and we weren't satisfied. We won't return or recommend the brunch. The reservation was under Alex Aversano.
