Fairfield Inn & Suites Jackson Airport

We stopped here while traveling, just off HWY 20 in Pearl MS. The room had a large-screen TV, a small fridge, and a coffee pot, and the beds were very comfortable. In the morning, there was a good range of complimentary breakfast choices in the main lobby.

The front desk employee was kind and considerate, and I liked having dim lighting in my room. The AC worked well and got very cold. I was there for one night, and this location made for a perfect stay. I've always liked the simple feel of Fairfield hotels. Marriott owns them, and you can earn points toward free stays.

UPDATE September 6, 2025: My complaint, opened July 29th, still hasn't been resolved by the hotel's general manager. The GM is also making false claims to Marriott's corporate office about the open complaint. This is bad business! I've been asking for a refund since I first contacted the corporate office. For a room that couldn't be lived in, with soaked carpet and a leaking A/C, the GM offered just 2,000 reward points, which felt insulting to my family and me. Original post: I booked one night last month, and the room's leaking A/C soaked the carpet. I reported it right away. Maintenance came, but the unit kept leaking through the night, and by morning the carpet was saturated. Staff said other rooms were available, but didn't move us. That's outrageous and far below Marriott's standards. I've spent weeks seeking a full refund through the corporate office, and it's still unresolved. When the GM finally contacted me, he offered 2,000 points instead of properly addressing what happened, further insulting my family and me. I paid cash and expect my money back, not a token offer after being left in filthy, unsanitary conditions. Anything short of a full refund is unacceptable, and I'll keep pursuing this until it's made right.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but it was very warm all night, around 75-76. The thermostat wouldn't go below 74. The hotel is older and shows a lot of wear.
