Good location, and the hotel is nicely kept and pet friendly. It could use some renovation, especially new carpets and elevator maintenance. I’d suggest putting guests with pets on certain floors, like the first and second. Having a barking dog next door is unpleasant, especially if you don’t have a pet traveling with you.

If you expect Hilton standards, this isn’t the place for you. Stay at the Spark by Hilton down the street. The carpets and walls have no stains, it smells better, and there’s a heated pool and hot tub. Thank me later!

The woman at the front desk was great when I asked to change rooms because mine smelled like mildew. The next room had the same problem, though. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and there was mold in it. The shower wouldn’t drain properly, and I also found hair on the sheets. The place feels outdated and unclean.

We were very sad to have this happen, and my wife and I are thinking about dropping our HH membership and selling our HGV ownership. I’m an HGV owner as well as a Hilton Gold member, though we only recently dropped to Gold because travel has slowed down. We got two bottles of water and were told that was all we get for free, which has never happened before. They also said there were no cookies on weekends. I’d think those would be available on weekends, especially if you have kids. Monica, the person or supervisor, was the one explaining these rules and issues. Please review this and fix these selfish problems for future customers. The stay itself was disappointing. There was no shower gel, the toilet kept running, and we were told no maintenance person was working. The shower leaked across the floor, and there were no floor towels, so we used hand towels to avoid slipping. Hotel-wide Wi-Fi was being repaired, and at around 7 PM we were disturbed so the Wi-Fi people could come into our room and check it. Even on a weekend, that should’ve been done during business hours.
