ROOST Rittenhouse

Jabriyah was a delight at the front desk and made us feel welcome and comfortable the whole time. The location was ideal, with convenient shops nearby, including a Target with groceries, and we never felt unsafe since the front doors are locked to non-guests in the evening and overnight. The apartment-style rooms have full fridges and freezers and a stove and oven, so we could cook, and the in-unit washer and dryer made the stay even better. The building has lovely character and felt like a comfortable home away from home. The downsides were slightly dated furniture and rooms, plus a glass coffee table I kept bumping my shins on because it was hard to see. My sister's shower head squealed, but the desk staff took the issue seriously and maintenance eventually fixed it. I'd recommend this Roost to anyone visiting Philly.

We booked Roost Rittenhouse at the last minute and found it to be a good value, especially since they accept cats as well as dogs. Our two-bedroom was clean, a good size, and as advertised for the price. It had a full kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living area. The decor felt corporate, and TV channels were limited. There was no TV in the second bedroom, though one was in the living room right next to it. The location was great, and we liked the other guests too. The staff were friendly, helpful, kind, and generous. Sean was at the front desk most of our stay and was especially welcoming and helpful throughout the trip. The front desk team were gracious, welcoming, and full of useful information. Our suite felt like a beautiful, spacious modern home, with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel. We felt more like pampered Philadelphia residents than hotel guests. We had an exceptional stay at Roost Rittenhouse.

The two-bedroom suite had everything we needed, including a kitchen and laundry, and its central location made it easy to get around. Our whole stay at Roost Rittenhouse was amazing, and the service was great. The front desk staff went out of their way to help and accommodate us. A special thanks to Sean for the wonderful service.
