InTown Suites Extended Stay Phoenix AZ - Chandler

There's no elevator, so if you're bringing a lot of heavy things, ask for a ground-floor room if you can. You only get two towels for the stay, so bringing extras is a good idea. The room wasn't the cleanest I've had, and I brought Windex and paper towels to clean it myself. Still, it worked fine and was a good deal for the price. I liked having a kitchenette and a full-size fridge and freezer, though you'll need to bring your own dishes and utensils. The housekeeper and front desk staff were nice and helpful. The location is handy for freeways, restaurants, and other places, with Cracker Barrel, Del Taco, Carl's Jr, Waffle House, and more within walking distance. It's not the Ritz, but if you want to cook some of your own meals and be independent on a longer stay, it does the job. I'd stay again.

Mr Grant was the best part of the property, very kind and professional. The location is convenient for I-10, with nice apartments and business complexes nearby, plus plenty of food and shopping. Inside, the upgrades are decent, but the bed was uncomfortable, the tub was stained, and housekeeping didn't clean the room. I saw three roaches, two small ones on the table and another crawling out of the tub spout. Guests only get one set of towels per stay. At night, noise was the biggest problem: people smoked and talked loudly outside on balconies, in the lot, and along the sides of the building until very late. It was sad seeing people sit outside their rooms while kids ran through the stairways and parking lot. This could work for a short stay, but with a small number of people acting this way, I wouldn't bring small children or family here except for an overnight stop while traveling to somewhere else.

Everything we needed to feel comfortable was here. Great hotel, and I'd recommend giving InTown Suites a try. You won't be disappointed.

I'm in town for work, and all I need is a comfortable room. The accommodations have been good for that: spacious, clean, and well kept. I'm satisfied.
