There's some joyful kid laughter you can hear, but the area is quiet, and everything's easy to access and find. My mom and I stayed for a few days, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well cared for. Staff were efficient and I had no issues. It's easy to find too. If you want affordable lodging that isn't run-down or a Studio 6, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms are comfortable and the location is close to everything. They're affordable too, though not what you'd expect at the Marriot. I once booked a higher-quality hotel a mile away thinking it would be better, and it was much worse. I live three hours from work, so I stay here when I'm in Phoenix. Staff are amazing, helpful, and kind. If you get help from front desk ladies Kelly or Tisha, you're in luck. They're both patient and very kind. Good comfort without hurting your pocketbook.

They moved me into another room, and it smells like human pee. The refrigerator doesn't work, so my food is going to spoil. They won't refund my two days, and now I'm stuck here unless I leave. This has been a horrible, horrible stay. I was staying for a week while my aunt is in rehab in Scottsdale, and had been using dirty towels to clean the filthy room. Around 1 o'clock this afternoon, two or three people who didn't speak English banged on my door and woke me rudely. I could only make out that there was a leak in my bathroom. Things got heated enough that they called the police. The responding officers spoke English and helped make things okay.

The staff at check-in were exceptionally rude and discourteous, and this was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I paid for a second night, but because I was 20 minutes past the nominal checkout time, I had to leave the premises for four hours and couldn't check back in until 3 PM. That inflexibility was staggering. I also couldn't bring my e-bike inside to charge, even though I need it for my 19-mile commute to work. Now I have to walk the distance. The policies felt punitive and hostile to guests, and staff wouldn't accommodate a basic need. Don't be fooled by extended-stay rates, especially with a non-refundable booking. You'll be stuck in a miserable, inconvenient situation. Avoid this location.

A handy spot for one night or a longer stay, with daily and extended-stay options. The staff are warm, friendly, and helpful, and the rooms are neat and clean. Nearby you'll find plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, clinics, and more. It's a great little informal motel.
