The pool and lazy river were a hit with our kids, and that made the trip even better. The resort had a peaceful, inviting atmosphere where we could unwind. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine kindness and hospitality. We really enjoyed the stay and hope to return soon.

Being able to walk over to Scottsdale Quarter for dinner or shopping was a big plus, and there’s plenty to do nearby. The hotel itself is well kept, the rooms were nice, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. My one gripe was the five-minute walk back to our room every time, which was a lot with a child under one. Still, we had a great stay.

The meals were well organized and nicely prepared, and the staff handled breakfast, lunch, and dinner really well. We were there for a conference, and the meeting spaces worked great for our group. The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa is a beautiful, comfortable hotel that’s run smoothly. The whole conference stay was enjoyable from start to finish.

Mario, the manager, really helped turn a few hiccups around. He was understanding and went out of his way for us, which made the end of our stay much better. We had a fabulous weekend getaway at Westin Kierland Scottsdale, loved the location and amenities, and really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Everyone was accommodating. Can't wait to visit again.

Marshauna went out of her way to make the stay what we hoped it would be, and Wes kept the restaurant and Coffee Flats running smoothly. Everyone we met was welcoming, polite, and happy to help. We came for a girls trip to relax and recharge, and the pool was just right: quiet, comfortable temperature, with plenty of towels and seats. The beds were so comfortable that I get the “Heavenly Bed” name now. We both slept great and would happily come back.
