Sleep Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Airport

The room was large and clean, comfortable, and had amenities and breakfast, all at the best price. The business park location meant little to no traffic noise, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was awful and nothing like the pictures: no coffee, just a handwritten out-of-order note, empty food coolers, watery eggs in a stained plastic box, and not even fruit. The grounds were trashy, with broken fences and old shopping carts full of garbage. Stairwell lights were out, there were old brown liquid stains on the walls, and the whole place smelled like old food. The rooms were filthy too. The bed was made, but there was trash on top of the fridge and around the bed, hair in the tub, old grime in the floor corners, and crusty stains on the chair. This place is extremely neglected. SMH, literally a hotel hell. Stay anywhere else!

I didn't feel safe here and would strongly recommend booking somewhere else. I checked in, then booked a different hotel and checked out less than an hour later. The first room had a door that looked kicked in, stale air, dusty carpets, missing numbers on the room plate, and a gross rusty nail situation by the window. I asked the front desk for another room, and the replacement seemed cleaner except for stains on the comforter. Almost right away, a man started a loud parking lot party outside my window, drinking and making a lot of noise. See photos.

If you're traveling for work and need WiFi, this hotel isn't for you. The connection is garbage, dropping to “no internet connection” every 2-3 minutes, so it's impossible to get anything done. They have two different connections, but both are the same. You'll need a hotspot if you stay here. I'll never stay again.
