John, our shuttle driver, made us feel like family. His stories and enthusiasm taught me a lot about the Steelers and Pittsburgh, and helped my brother and me love the city even more. At check-in, Stephanie was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. The cook kept breakfast fresh, plentiful, clean, and delicious. We found the whole place had a special Pittsburgh family feel, and the connections and memories from our stay will stay with us. We’re grateful. Stores and restaurants were also within walking distance, which made the convenient location even better. Staybridge Suites Pittsburgh Airport by IHG is affordable, clean, and family-friendly, with staff who really care. Highly recommend.

The room was as clean as I’d hoped, and everything was there as expected. I also liked the outdoor patio for sitting in the breeze, and the gym had fresh towels and water. The hotel itself is always clean and well run, with management keeping the team on point. The staff feel close-knit and are usually in good moods, which makes the experience better. Debbie and Alisha always check that you’re doing well. The front desk is available when you need something and happy to chat, and the kitchen staff serve great food and ask how you’re liking it. Five out of five. I wouldn’t look at other hotels in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, but the room smelled like old, dried sweat. It took ten minutes for hot water to reach the second floor. The bathroom layout was truly awful: the toilet and shower were together in one room, while the sink and mirror were outside.

We’ve stayed here three times, traveling with my son to visit family: April 2023, October 2024, and December 2025. The property is clean and well maintained, breakfast is good, and it’s still an excellent value. I was glad to see a nice response from the general manager, and we’ll likely come back. This visit did have some disappointments. The pool was closed, which was a big draw for my son. We also count on having a meal in the freezer because we choose places with kitchens. Our flight from Denver lands just before 11 pm, and by the time we get the rental car and leave the airport, it’s close to midnight. The freezer was nearly empty when we arrived late, just as it still looked at 10 am on checkout day. The back entrance was unkempt, too. Finally, neither light switch inside our room door worked, and I don’t like entering a dark room late at night.
