The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. For the price, it felt right. Parking was free and decent, check-in was quick, and the staff were courteous. Breakfast in the morning was okay. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and the mall is about a mile away. I was there for a two-night convention. One Marriott quirk: even after digital check-in, you still have to stop at the desk and show ID. Makes me wonder what the digital check-in is for.

Not sure why the reviews are bad. My room’s clean, spacious, and has up-to-date furniture and appliances. The front desk girl was helpful and really nice. It’s close to everything, quiet, and the breakfast is decent. I’ve had a wonderful stay with no problems.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean apart from the sink and tub drains. Still, I don’t think we’ll return. The hotel feels dated and worn, and we were disappointed for what we paid. It also felt a bit sketchy. We arrived around 11pm to people making a lot of noise from their rooms and weed smells in the elevators. With our little one there, we felt uneasy and considered leaving to keep driving through the night. This place needs a refresh.

We come back every year because the location works well for everything we need, and the upgrades have made this Residence Inn nicer. The remodeled rooms have new furniture and walk-in showers, and they’re clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast has a very good selection, and they keep it stocked. Everyone is super nice and smiling. Anita is especially helpful and kind, with a great sense of humor.

I came with my grandchildren for some fun time, including celebrating one granddaughter’s special 13th birthday. They love swimming, so I booked after reading that there was a pool. Once we arrived, I found out it was closed for reconstruction. Why wasn’t that mentioned on the website? I would never have booked two days if I’d known the pool wasn’t available. I’m extremely disappointed. This was not the experience I expected, and it feels like false advertising.
